Terms and Conditions

1. Tickets (E-Tickets and Physical Tickets) can be purchased through closertoyouinjkt.com and valid to enter the 2024 10 CM ASIA TOUR CLOSER TO YOU IN JAKARTA
2. The ticket purchase link will be available 30 minutes before the sales starts and you may enter the waiting room. However you will not be able to make purchase before the sale starts. Once the sale starts at 12PM, you will automatically be placed in a queue to make your purchase.
3. Customers can only purchase up to a maximum of 5 (five) tickets per transaction.
4. Upon successfull payment, you will receive the email of booking confirmation. E-tickets containing the Seating Number will be sent 1 week before the event via email.
5. E-Tickets should be redeemed with the physical tickets before entering the venue.
6. Each E-Ticket has a unique barcode and is only valid for one person. E-ticket can only be used once.
7. Ticket prices exclude government tax, service fee and any other applicable charges.
8. The promoter has the right to refuse or prohibit event attendee entry if the ticket barcode has been used before.
9. Seating number will be assigned to the attendee automatically based on the time of payment and the available number.
10. Those in the event area must use actual tickets that have been exchanged. Attendees who are in the event area that do not have actual tickets will be dismissed from the venue area.
11. Tickets can not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances unless specifically stated by the promoter. The event's postponement or cancellation is subject to the event's terms and conditions (2024 10 CM ASIA TOUR CLOSER TO YOU IN JAKARTA).
12. The full name and ID/Passport Number which are filled in the Ticket Order Form should be the same as the physical ID/Passport. Please ensure that your full name and ID number are correct with your Physical ID/Passport. Any differences in name and ID number may cause your ticket to be forfeited/invalid.
13. Entry will be refused if tickets have not been purchased from Promoter or other authorized points of sale that are appointed by the promoter.
14. The resale of tickets at the same price or any price in excess of the official purchase price is prohibited. Promoter is not responsible for tickets purchased from unofficial third-party or resellers.
15. The terms and place for physical tickets exchange will be informed via Promoter’s social media.
16. Promoter has the right to change, add or modify all provisions mentioned in the Terms and Conditions and/or information on the event (including but not limited to performances by performers or artists, and order of appearances) at any time, for any reason without prior notice or compensation to ticket buyers.
17. Promoter is not responsible for lost and stolen tickets, especially if the tickets are given to other parties as transactions outside the Promoter Website (closertoyouinjkt.com). Promoter is also not responsible for any risks of loss and or title for gift vouchers, which are transmitted electronically to other purchasers upon electronic transmission to the recipient.
18. Promoter will not issue new tickets to ticket holders who intentionally or unintentionally lose their tickets.
19. The ticket buyer hereby declares to waive the legal right to file a claim either through the courts or any other legally permitted means to sue Promoter and Ticketing Partners in the event of a cancellation of the event which is carried out unilaterally by the artist or the government or for other reasons beyond the ability of Promoter and Ticketing Partners.
20. If an event is canceled by the Promoter then the Promoter will inform about the refund mechanism. The consumer agrees that the service fee at the time of purchase, will not be refunded.
21. By purchasing the ticket to 2024 10 CM ASIA TOUR CLOSER TO YOU IN JAKARTA, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions.

Syarat dan Ketentuan

1. Tiket (termasuk E-Ticket dan Tiket fisik) yang dapat digunakan untuk masuk ke acara konser 2024 10 CM ASIA TOUR CLOSER TO YOU IN JAKARTA hanya dijual melalui closertoyouinjkt.com.
2. Link pembelian tiket akan dibuka 30 menit sebelum penjualan dimulai dan Anda dapat bergabung ke dalam waiting room. Namun, Anda tidak akan bisa membeli tiket sebelum waktu penjualan dimulai. Ketika penjualan dimulai pada jam 12 siang, Anda akan dimasukkan ke dalam antrian untuk membeli tiket.
3. Setiap pembeli hanya dapat membeli maksimum 5 (lima) tiket per transaksi.
4. Setelah pembayaran berhasil, kamu akan menerima email konfirmasi pemesanan. E-tiket yang berisi Nomor Kursi (Seating) akan dikirimkan kepadamu 1 minggu sebelum acara melalui email
5. E-Tiket harus ditukarkan dengan tiket fisik untuk dapat masuk ke area acara
6. Setiap E-Tiket memiliki barcode yang unik dan hanya berlaku untuk satu orang. E-Tiket hanya dapat digunakan satu kali.
7. Harga tiket belum termasuk dengan pajak pemerintah, biaya layanan dan biaya lainnya.
8. Penyelenggara berhak menolak atau melarang masuk penonton apabila barcode tiket telah digunakan sebelumnya.
9. Nomor kursi akan diberikan kepada pembeli secara otomatis berdasarkan waktu pembayaran dan nomor urut yang tersedia
10. Penonton yang berada di area event, wajib menggunakan tiket fisik yang telah ditukarkan. Bagi penonton yang berada di area event dan tidak memiliki tiket fisik maka, pihak penyelenggara berhak untuk mengeluarkan orang tersebut dari area venue.
11. Tidak ada pengembalian atau penukaran tiket yang akan dilakukan dalam keadaan apapun kecuali ditentukan oleh penyelenggara acara. Penundaan atau pembatalan acara tunduk pada syarat dan ketentuan acara tersebut (2024 10 CM ASIA TOUR CLOSER TO YOU IN JAKARTA).
12. Nama dan NIK/Nomor Passport yang diisi pada Form Pembelian Tiket harus sama dengan KTP/Passport asli anda. Pastikan bahwa nama lengkap dan nomor kartu identitas Anda sesuai dengan KTP / Passport asli anda. Segala perbedaan nama dan Nomor identitas anda dapat menyebabkan tiket anda hangus/tidak berlaku.
13. Akses masuk akan ditolak jika tiket tidak dibeli dari Promotor atau tempat penjualan resmi yang ditunjuk oleh pihak Promotor.
14. Dilarang memperjual belikan tiket dengan harga yang sama dan atau melebihi harga pembelian resmi. Promotor tidak bertanggung jawab atas tiket yang dibeli melalui pihak ketiga atau reseller tidak resmi.
15. Ketentuan dan tempat penukaran tiket fisik akan diinformasikan melalui media sosial Promotor.
16. Promotor berhak untuk mengubah, memodifikasi, atau mengubah informasi atas acara (termasuk tetapi tidak terbatas pada penampilan dari pemain atau artis, dan atau urutan penampilan atau artis), setiap saat, untuk alasan apapun, tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya atau kompensasi kepada pembeli tiket.
17. Promotor tidak bertanggung jawab atas tiket yang hilang atau dicuri, terutama jika tiket diberikan kepada orang lain sebagai transaksi di luar closertoyouinjkt. Tiket tidak dapat digunakan untuk keperluan komersial termasuk untuk (dan tidak terbatas kepada) kupon hadiah, kompetisi dan undian. Tiket yang dijual dan digunakan dalam kondisi tersebut akan ditolak dan dibatalkan tanpa pengembalian dana. Tanpa Terkecuali.
18. Promotor tidak akan mengeluarkan tiket baru bagi para pemegang pemilik tiket yang dengan sengaja ataupun tidak sengaja menghilangkan tiketnya.
19. Dengan membeli tiket, pembeli setuju untuk melepaskan hak hukumnya untuk menuntut Promotor jika acara dibatalkan karena artis, pemerintah atau faktor lain di luar kendali Promotor.
20. Jika acara dibatalkan oleh Promotor, maka Promotor akan menginformasikan mengenai ketentuan pengembalian dana tiket. Konsumen setuju bahwa untuk biaya layanan pada saat pembelian tiket tidak akan dikembalikan.
21. Dengan membeli tiket untuk 2024 10 CM ASIA TOUR CLOSER TO YOU IN JAKARTA, Anda telah menyetujui syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
